We are seeking 2 QA Engineers for our client in Carrollton, TX. These roles are responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products and services by planning, designing, and executing test cases. The QA Engineer works closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and address any bugs or defects in the company's products and services. This role will require both manual and automated testing , Selenium Experience is required. Experience with Appium or automated mobile testing would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for the company's software products, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify and report bugs and other issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the software meets or exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and usability.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies and evaluate their potential to improve the company's testing processes.
• Monitor and report on product performance and progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts, to ensure that the software is tested in a consistent and efficient manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team on the quality and maintainability of the code.
• Identify and report performance and scalability issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and scrum meetings.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including development team members, product managers, and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience with test automation, Selenium is required
• Experience with Mobile Testing (Manual required, Appium experience nice to have)
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and technologies.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
